Every Sales Order triggers a chain of intelligence across all 11 departments — from quotation to delivery, PRISM connects every step into one live picture for management.
Sales enters the SO into PRISM — customer, product type, value (RM), expected delivery date, and department assigned. Quotations are tracked for conversion rate. PRISM immediately calculates the revenue pipeline and fires an alarm to Purchasing about upcoming material needs.
Before the factory floor can start, Design must produce the technical drawing (DWG), Production Data Pack (PDP), and Material List (ML) for each SO. PRISM tracks whether drawings are completed before the SO start date — if late, an alert fires immediately.
With drawing in hand, Production Planning creates the master schedule — which SO runs on which mould, which workers are assigned, and what the target completion date is. This is the timetable that coordinates the entire factory floor. PRISM tracks plan vs actual daily.
The Sales material alarm triggers Purchasing to check stock. Store confirms what's available. If there's a shortfall, Purchasing raises a Purchase Order — but only after Accounts confirms the company has sufficient cash. PRISM tracks whether materials arrive before the SO start date.
This is where the product is physically made. Workers use resin, moulds, and the laminating process to build the FRP product. Daily production data is entered — units produced, resin used (KG), mould condition, and operator hours. PRISM maps every cost back to the SO automatically.
Every finished unit passes through QC before leaving the factory. Inspectors record defect rate, rejection rate, first-pass yield, and any NCR (Non-Conformance Report) or customer complaints. PRISM aggregates these into quality KPIs and fires alerts when thresholds are breached.
Once QC clears the product, Logistics arranges delivery to the customer. The actual delivery date is logged against the SO promised date. PRISM calculates on-time delivery rate, order fulfilment %, and flags any late shipments that could affect customer relationships.
Three departments run continuously alongside production — not in sequence, but in parallel. Each feeds PRISM independently.
